SAM’S CLUB Southeast Asia Food Festival Curtains up

July 15th – Want to have a try of all Southeast Asia food from Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia at one whack? Then you can’t miss this summer’s hottest event in SAM’S CLUB. Today, Southeast Asia Food festival debuted at Shenzhen SAM’S CLUB with Thai Fruits.

Representatives from the organizer — SAM’S CLUB Operation Director Irene Du and representatives from Thailand Embassy to Guangzhou joined SAM’S CLUB this morning promoting the event. Performances like Thai dancing, fruit sculpture artwork show, cate cooking caught eyes of customers in the store.

According to Irene at the opening ceremony, besides ordinary assortments, SAM’S CLUB is also offering well-chosen unique goods to serve customers’ personal needs, and to provide a "treasure hunt" experience. Summer is harvest season for Southeast Asia, especially for Thailand. Through the festival, SAM’S CLUB is importing large quantities of fruits with great quality at competitive prices, thus will bring more options and unique shopping experience to our customers.

“China is an important market for Thai fruits and we hope Chinese consumers can know more about our fruits through the festival, and we will also continue to promote the trading between the two countries.” Representatives from Thailand Embassy in Guangzhou commented.

As reported, Southeast Asia Food Festival will be simultaneity held in Beijing, Fuzhou and Shenzhen from 15th to 28th July. This year’s festival features local flavors from all over Southeast Asia such as Philippine mixed fruit, Thai honey palm fruit, Malaysian crispy prawn chili sauce. There are also durian, mangosteen, pitaya, rambutan, jackfruit, coconut provided.
