Store Executive Deputy GM
Key Accountabilities:
Assist Store GM to manage operations in some departments, ensure best-quality service and successful implementation of sales, profit and inventory plans;
Disseminate and execute the company culture holistically; Set up an efficient team; Develop, disseminate, explain and deliver the company policy;
Organize to develop sales plan for subordinate food departments, and ensure the sales and profit budget is beaten;
Monitor associates to execute the customer service standard strictly to ensure high quality customer service is provided, ensure a smooth operation;

Store Asset Protection Manager
Key Accountabilities:
Work out risk management plan, implement risk management related projects and ensure safety of associates, customers and other visitors;
Maintain food safety standard and implement food safety related projects;
Promote and safeguard company integrity policy and conduct investigation over associate dishonest cases;
Control shrinkage through basic control, procedure review and book inventory audit;
Review and Influence in-store P&L performance
Requirements:
Associate Degree or above;
Good social background, at least two years working experience in management role;
Good in observing, making judgement, analyzing situation and solving problems;
Good team work and strong sense of accountability;
Good communication skills;
Willing to learn and be self-motivated;

Store Human Resources Manager
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement HR tactics and action plans in the store to support the stores in achieving the business objectives;
Establish and maintain an effective communication system, to provide HR professional advices for the store management;
Manage the HR function within the store, develop HR associates, increase the team productivity and service level;
Maintain effective communication with OH HR, and implement the HR programs in store.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Well familiar with the HR related National Laws and Regulations;
Full spectrum of HR management;
At least 3 years’ professional HR management experience;
Fluent in spoken and written English, be proficient in computer office software;
Excellent ability of problem-solving;
Can work under pressure, with good team work spirit
