Human Resources Department

Data Analysis Manager (Emailhrzp@wal-mart.com)

Responsibilities:

  1. Builds up effective channels and/or platforms to provide data of one version of the truth.
  2. Well manages the data and report generating in responsible areas.
  3. Utilizes various data analysis methods and software to analyze results, and provide recommendations or reports to business leaders.
  4. Well manages the HR KPI Matrix and generates the communication reports to leadership team.
  5. Well works with different functions to analyze the facts behind the data.
  6. Provides technical advice on goals/KPI setting process.
  7. Co-works with HRIS manager to integrate the database of Wal-Mart and Trust-Mart.
  8. Co-works with GPS project team to analyze current HR activities, and propose data assumption model for future business case.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor or above
  2. Professional learning experience in statistics and/or data collection & analysis is preferred
  3. Proficient with English, MS office tools, and analysis tools
  4. Excellent abilities in writing, communication, and data interpretation.

 

Marketing Department

Senior Strategic Planning Manager (Email: scmktzp@wal-mart.com)

Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for research merchandising projects design, quality control, data analysis, report preparation and presentation;
Responsible for communication with research suppliers, managing and controlling the survey quality;

Requirements:
With bachelor degree or above, major in Business administration, Social Science, Economics or Marketing.
Complete knowledge about statistics & data processing;
At least 3 years’ working experience in research agencies or JV / foreign-invested companies as a market researcher;
Good project management and time management skill. Good command of English

 

Finance Division

Senior Finance Manager (Email:finzp@wal-mart.com)
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop & improve vendor payment procedure, and strengthen internal control;
  2. Ensure the quality of vendor service;
  3. Improve working efficiency of AP team;
  4. Improve the finance related work in supply chain and merchandising process.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Finance, Tax, Accounting or Economics;
  2. Holder of CPA and/or ACCA is preferred;
  3. At least 5 years management experience in multinational company;
  4. Excellent English;
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure;
  6. Good communication and leadership skills.

 

Information System Department

Project Manager - Supplier Development  (Emailscmdsgzp@wal-mart.com)
Key Accountabilities:
Based on the company strategy on supplier development, execute the relevant action plans on Joint Business Plan, Supplier Evaluation and integration, etc.
Support Merchandising to do JBP and monitor the process of execution;
Coordinate with Merchandising to review joint business, do evaluation and action plans with global suppliers;
Facilitate to organize the top-to-top meetings between the key suppliers and the company management;
Follow up and execute the supplier development strategies.

Requirements:
College degree or above;
Related project management experience in foreign company, merchandising experience is preferred;
Good communication skills;
Good command of English
