Job Responsibilities:

• -Builds up effective channels and/or platforms to provide data of one version of the truth；
• -Well manages the data and report generating in responsible areas；
• -Utilizes various data analysis methods and software to analyze results, and provide recommendations or reports to business leaders；
• -Well manages the HR KPI Matrix and generates the communication reports to leadership team；
• -Well works with different functions to analyze the facts behind the data；
• -Provides technical advice on goals/KPI setting process；
• -Co-works with HRIS manager to integrate the database of Wal-Mart and Trust-Mart；
• -Co-works with GPS project team to analyze current HR activities, and propose data assumption model for future business case；

Job Requirements:

• -Bachelor or above;
• -Total working experience is 4+ years; with 2 years' exposure to data collection & analysis area;
• -Good knowledge of database and data analysis tools;
• -Professional computer skills, especially impressive PPT making skills are preferred;
• -Familiar with market figures and approaches for collecting those figures;
• -Ability to resolve problems and find best solutions in data management;
• -Ability to plan and prioritize own work.;
• -Excellent communication skills with good presentation skills;
• -Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure;
• -Team-work spirit and easygoing, develops and maintains positive working relationships within and amongst teams;
• -Excellent writing ability both in English and Chinese.

Responsibility:

To scope and establish a support for shared services support and outsourcing services to dotcom/ODC such as

• organization setup
• SLA/KPIs for outsourcing services
• Communication framework
• Cost/benefit analysis
• Staffing and development of outsourcing team
• Effective delivery of outsourcing services
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for outsourcing
• System needs to support each functional area on the SSC model

Job Requirements:

• Major in Computer  science; University degree and above;
• 8 Years total IT working experiences and 3 years management ；
• Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, and COBITS highly advantageous
• Good team management with large scale multinational projects experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise level communication and planning.
• PMP preferred
