Key responsibilities:
- Utilizes various data analysis methods and software to analyze current business processes/results and provide improvement recommendations to leadership team.
- Independently initiates, leads, and/or coordinates projects to strive for continuous improvement.
Criteria:
- MBA degree.
- Excellent English ability both in writing and speaking.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Familiar with market figures and approaches for collecting those figures.
- Ability to resolve problems and find best solutions in data management.
- Professional computer skills.
- Builds up effective channels/platforms or experiences in this area.

- 对于零售业态在市场的细分、业绩衡量、发展和分析等角度提供支持;
- 协调各阶段的并购活动包括调研、交易来源、谈判等。
要求:

- 具较强的组织和分析能力;
- 具战略和危机意识;
- 具有财务分析背景;
- 较强的人际关系处理能力和沟通技巧;
- 1-2年跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑。
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support on analysis, segmentation, recommendation, development and performance measurement of retail format portfolio.
- Coordinate all phases of acquisition activity including research, deal sourcing, negotiations and due diligence.
Criteria:
- MBA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Strategic, critical thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Financial planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal, people skills.
- 1~2 years of experiences in a MNC is preferable.
